• If you would like your photograph on the advertisement page please include one 3 1/2 x 5 or 5 x 7 black and white photo per page.  If you want the same photo used on each page, please specify these instructions on the bottom of the sales contract.
• Attach the photo, advertising information, funds for the page and advertising sales contract together and send them to Shonna Moss, 410 West Main Street, Winnfield, LA  71483.
• Each page MUST total at least $80.00, or will not be accepted.
• We reserve the right to change the set-up and type styles if necessary.
• Photos should be labeled on the back with your name and address so that they can be returned to you.

Please make copies of the attached "Advertising Sales Contract" to complete for each advertisement.  It is recommended that you give a copy of this completed form to the Advertiser, Send one to the pageant director with your photo and any special instructions and keep a copy for your records (3 copies total.)
